This website is operated by the Little-Jamaica Business Improvement Area (“the BIA”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Business directory listings

Listings are provided as a service to promote businesses within the BIA boundaries along Eglinton Avenue West between Marlee Avenue and Dufferin Street. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. The BIA may edit, decline or remove any listing at its discretion. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement.

Submitting content

When you submit a listing, enquiry or membership form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content. We may contact you using the details you provide.

Intellectual property

The Little-Jamaica BIA name, logo and site content are the property of the BIA or its licensors. Business names, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners and are shown with permission for directory purposes.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The BIA is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on directory information.

Privacy

Information you submit through this site is used only to operate the directory, respond to enquiries and send BIA communications. We do not sell personal information. To be removed from our distribution list, email info@littlejamaicabia.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
